The Charger4. Extends riding pleasure. The Charger4 is the everyday E-Bike for long-lasting riding enjoyment. Thanks to its fully integrated 750 Wh battery, it comfortably takes you through everyday life and far beyond. The suspension fork and suspension seatpost ensure a high level of riding comfort – making it just as comfortable and safe to ride on dirt tracks as on asphalt roads. Well-thought-out components, such as the versatile carrier and the bright light of the daytime running light, are ideal for daily commuting or an extended weekend trip in all weathers. This model has the following upgrades: Bosch eBike ABS 2.0 The Bosch eBike ABS 2.0 ensures that you remain safely on the saddle even when you need to brake suddenly – on solid asphalt roads or gravel tracks. It prevents tires from slipping, the rear wheel lifting and the whole bike skidding out to the side. Magura MT5 four-piston brakes on the front and rear wheels provide additional safety, as does the rear light with integrated brake light function.Please note: This option is compatible with GT models. Kiox 300 cockpit The Kiox 300 display is perfectly integrated into the cockpit: the internal cabling creates a tidy, minimalist appearance. The adjustable angle of the stem lets you choose between a sportier or more upright seating position. The Kiox 300 display is perfect for sporty riders: it displays more than just fitness data, helping riders to optimise their training. It is even possible to pair it with heart rate monitors via Bluetooth. Map-free navigation (only in conjunction with a smartphone) completes the features of the Kiox 300. It can be intuitively operated using the LED Remote on the handlebars. 750 Wh Range Extender 250 The Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh additional battery supplements the power of the standard 750 Wh battery – for even greater range and flexibility. Only as big as a drinking bottle and weighing just 1.6 kg, it can be stowed away in a backpack or bike bag. And should you spontaneously decide to go on a longer trip, then just attach the energy reserve to the down tube and continue riding for another 50 km without the need to stop and charge. GX option If you like riding your E-Bike off-road, then simply equip it with first-class Schwalbe all-terrain tires. Their flat tire studs in the middle of the running surface have extremely low rolling resistance for faster riding on straight sections. The solid tire studs on the shoulders of the tire guarantee exceptional grip, particularly when cornering. Optional for GT models. Front carrier Being sporty when out and about – and yet still having everything you need with you. You can secure up to 5 kg of luggage on the front carrier, fixed to the frame and hence co-sprung, perfectly protected from knocks and bumps. Bungee cords secure a sleeping bag, small sports bag or provisions in place in no time at all. And you’ll come to appreciate your front luggage carrier just as quickly. Additional chain lock with bag The sturdy Abus chain lock, in addition to the Abus Shield frame lock, provides twice the security for your E-Bike. The 130 cm long chain is latched onto the frame lock and you can quickly lock your bike to the nearest lamppost or lock it together with up to three other bikes. The chain thickness of 6 mm ensures a high level of anti-theft protection. Especially practical: frame lock, chain lock and battery lock all use the same key. The bag is firmly attached to the saddle and allows quick and easy removal of the chain lock thanks to its ergonomic shape and Fidlock magnetic closure. Please note: for smaller frame sizes the lowest saddle position may not be usable when the lock bag is fitted. Frame design and integrated battery So much power on board. So now you can ride up to 100 km with just a single battery charge. Integrated cockpit Smart control centre. The optional cockpit is perfectly integrated into the handlebar and impresses with its tidy cabling. The Kiox 300 display is the ideal smart gadget to have with you on everyday trips or more challenging rides – keep an eye on your trip and fitness data on the large colour display. Thanks to the adjustable angle of the stem, you can select a sitting position to suit your needs anywhere between comfortable and sporty. But the standard Intuvia 100 display without cockpit also creates a tidy appearance and provides an overview of your speed, range and much more. Conveniently use the LED Remote for both displays to select your riding mode: the colour indicates your selected riding mode. Comfort Like riding on fresh asphalt. Uneven routes can be encountered anywhere, even in the city: cobblestones, rough gravel paths or potholes can quickly detract from your riding enjoyment. The suspension seatpost and suspension fork ensure that you’ll barely feel any bumps. And the optional comfort kit, with its classic curved handlebar and wider saddle, is the perfect solution if you want an even more relaxed ride, sitting more comfortably and upright. Safety equipment Safe on the road at all times. The Charger stands out with its enhanced safety. You remain in control when you have to brake suddenly, thanks to its optional Bosch eBike ABS 2.0: it reliably prevents tires slipping, the rear wheel lifting and the whole bike skidding out to the side. Its standard Magura disc brakes also pack a powerful punch when you need to stop quickly. And you are always clearly visible in traffic, thanks to the daytime running lights of the powerful headlight, which also brightly and evenly illuminates the road in the dark. Out of town, the main beam of our GT models, with its extra-wide opening angle, ensures that you can see clearly at all times. Luggage system Carries virtually everything. Your Bike is perfectly equipped for the most diverse transport tasks, thanks to its standard carrier with MIK system. Whether you need to carry a bag to work, a basket for a picnic outing or two larger panniers for shopping – the MIK system lets you quickly and simply swap accessories. Child seats can also be mounted as the carrier is capable of withstanding a 27 kg load. No matter what or who you choose to transport, safety and stability is always paramount.
